Sussex Job Description & Responsibilities My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a Finishing Foreman on a permanent basis for a number of luxury residential schemes. You will report into a Finishing Manager/Project Manager, helping to drive the finishing stages of the developments towards completion. Each development consists of high-end luxury houses and apartments ranging from 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, requiring a strong finishing background with a proven track record in luxury high-finished apartments. Key Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate must have experience working for a developer or main contractor on all internals of high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with all finishing stages from 1st fix, 2nd fix, snagging, de-snagging, and completion, CML’s through to handover.
