A major developer is actively seeking a strong finishing manager to join them on a flagship development in South West London.
This developer currently has a 10-year scheme underway in South West London, creating a brand new neighbourhood. Once completed, it will contain over 1000 new homes, a community park, and commercial properties. A major development, it is made up of a number of RC frame blocks, containing 1-3 bedroom flats.
As a finishing manager, you will be based in a block of up to 66 units. You will oversee your blocks from 2nd fix to handover.
As a finishing manager, some of your duties will include:
Managing units from second fix to snagging/desnagging to handover to the customer care team
Driving on trades
Snagging & Desnagging
Involved in weekly & monthly progress meetings
Reporting into the senior site manager
To be considered, you must:
Be a driven character
Have longevity with previous contractors/developers
Be an out-and-out finishing manager, from second fix
Preferably come from a trade background
Have residential project experience on RC frame projects
Have previous experience producing excellent snagged units
