Our client, a leading sustainable wellness retailer, is currently expanding its customer service team! They are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their multilingual team on a fully remote basis, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to their Finnish and English-speaking distributors. Your responsibilities will include: Answering emails and telephone calls across the Finnish-speaking clients Providing first-class advice about new and existing products and promotions Maintaining a great relationship with customers and clients Occasionally travelling to attend conventions in assigned territories About you: It is essential for you to be a customer-oriented individual and to have superb communication skills, as well as excellent Finnish and English language skills.
