Are you a Fire Alarm Engineer looking for a new role with the assurance of stability?
Due to continued growth, we have been chosen to recruit on behalf of a large building contractor for a Fire Alarm Engineer on a permanent basis to join their team working on MOJ & Healthcare contracts throughout Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
The Fire Alarm Engineer duties will include:
Fault finding, servicing and repairs of fire alarms Emergency lighting and disabled alarms Working with a variety of panels including Gent, Notifier and advanced.
The successful Fire Alarm Engineer must have: NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification 18th Edition Electrical qualifications FIA/BFPSA or equivalent - Fire ECS card Full clean UK driving licence
Experience in the following sectors would be desirable: Working with MOJ/Educational/Healthcare settings Experience on reactive and repairs maintenance
The successful Fire Alarm Engineer will be given a company van & fuel card to enable you to travel to sites throughout the Birmingham area, IPAD, Phone, PPE, Uniform, along with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private Health Care and Pension contribution. There are great opportunities for overtime which is paid at a higher rate and call out 1 in every 6 weeks.
