Job Summary: We are looking to fill the above role that will report to our Branch Manager in our Glasgow Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful installation, commissioning and maintenance of our systems in a safe, efficient manner, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out quality installations, commissioning and maintenance of fire systems Identify, repair and replace system components as necessary Maintain personal vehicle stocks of materials and tools Participate in call-out rota as determined locally Accurate, and timely completion of documentation What we are looking for in you: Relevant qualification and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry Ideally, experience of installation & maintenance Gent commissioning (advanced) Morley, Kentec, Siemens & Advanced experience ASD Aspiration Systems Fire Suppression systems (control panels) Emergency lighting with install, test and maintenance experience Current full driving licence In addition, we seek someone who is: An excellent and engaging communicator Customer centric and focused on end-to-end project ownership A problem solver Proactive, resilient and a team-player An ambassador for the Pointer brand An advocate of our values Curious and passionate about continuous improvement We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all candidates with the appropriate skills and experience and eligibility to work in the UK.
