Location: Field Service Job Type: Full-time Join a leader in developing smart solutions for the healthcare sector, as a Lead Training Engineer. This role is crucial in overseeing and ensuring that both new and progressing field service engineers receive the necessary training to excel in their roles. With a focus on maintaining high service levels and supporting our customers, this position is ideal for someone passionate about technology, training, and enhancing care quality through effective communication solutions. Day-to-day of the role:

Deliver high-quality technical training across all product portfolios to ensure field engineers are competent in both preventative maintenance and reactive works. Provide maintenance training to customers on-site and at the head office. Support the training of export customers in service and maintenance. Train and coach current and new employees in all administrative work practices in collaboration with the technical author to enrich training modules. Conduct on-site training for service engineers, offering real-world experience and support to the Technical Support Department (TSD) to deliver technical changes and resolve customer issues. Oversee training requirements for the field team, maintain the training matrix, and forecast future technical and administrative training needs. Perform quality audits to ensure high levels of fault finding, maintenance, and rectification are achieved on customer sites. Address customer complaints and escalations by providing detailed technical analysis to identify root causes. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous (min 3 years) Fire system maintenance/repair experience. Previous training experience either directly in a training role or as a senior engineer. Experience with Ihasco/ECS/CSCS operating platforms i.e. the administration of this type of remote worker safety systems. Proven ability to coach and train employees on technical and administrative practices. Familiarity with compliance and reporting. Benefits:
