To undertake planned maintenance and repairs of fire alarms, emergency lighting, and ancillary equipment. Participate in an on-call rota, currently one week in eight. Demonstrate the ability to organise workloads and plan diary, including route planning to minimise travel time. Achieve a first-time fix when presented with problems. Qualifications
Proven track record and experience within the industry. FIA or BFC qualifications are preferred. Good understanding of current British Standards (full training can be provided if necessary). A clean driving licence is required (except minor speeding offences). Skills
Enthusiastic and practically minded with a can-do attitude. Excellent customer care skills. Ability to work effectively and efficiently.
