Full-time About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and motivated Fire and Security engineers to join a reputable NSI and BAFE approved company. The successful candidates will be based in one of their regional offices and responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV systems, access control, and door entry systems. Key Responsibilities: Install and service Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Door Entry systems. Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown (call-out) duties as required. Fault-find and repair security systems, ensuring a high level of service. Perform small associated remedial electrical works when necessary. Cover for holidays or sickness on occasion. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in the Fire and/or Security industry, with particular expertise in Intruder Alarm Installation and Servicing. Familiarity with Risco Intruder products is desirable. Experience with Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Alarm systems would be an advantage. Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and communication skills. Self-motivated and reliable with a keen willingness to learn and improve. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Benefits: Travel time in excess of 1 hour (to and from site) will be paid as overtime. Holidays increase from 20 to 25 days depending on length of service.
