Salary:
£40,000 - £42,000 per annum + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and commission fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs on existing systems. Provide excellent customer service by building strong relationships with clients. Ensure all work is completed to relevant industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including completing service reports. Participate in a call-out rota (1 in 4) to respond to emergency repairs as required. Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within the fire and security industry. In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms. Relevant qualifications, such as FIA, NVQ, or equivalent (advantageous). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence (essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry standards.
