In this role, you will oversee a team of 25 Fire & Security Engineers, ensuring the efficient delivery of services across the region. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:
Manage and support a team of engineers, fostering a positive and productive work environment. HR Management:
Conduct performance reviews, manage return-to-work interviews, handle disciplinary actions, and participate in the recruitment process. Operational Oversight:
Ensure that service and installation activities comply with company standards and industry regulations. Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through meetings and site visits. Scheduling:
Develop and manage effective call-out rotas to ensure timely response to client needs. Quality Assurance:
