Key Responsibilities:

Deliver maintenance, repairs, and small works to meet British Standards and NSI Gold requirements. Ensure KPIs are met, providing high-quality service and exceeding client expectations. Use tools like the Job Watch App for detailed and efficient reporting (desirable). Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Participate in an on-call rota with standby pay of GBP180 per week and door-to-door attendance payment for out-of-hours service.

What You Need:

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a skilled multi-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer. Proven ability to deliver top-quality results in service, repairs, and small works. Experience in front-line customer service, with a passion for client satisfaction. A full UK Driving Licence (mandatory). Flexibility to travel and participate in the on-call rota.

What You'll Get:

Salary: Up to GBP35,000 + Call-Out Standby Pay (GBP180/week, 1 in 6 weeks) + Overtime + Travel Pay (after the first 30 minutes each way). Benefits:
