We are seeking a

Fire Compliance Site Supervisor

to oversee critical projects in the Brandon, Suffolk area.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple sites, ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with fire safety regulations. Oversee adherence to health and safety protocols by operatives on-site. Monitor and maintain high standards of safety and quality across all locations. Travel between sites daily based on instructions provided by the Fire Department Manager, which may vary weekly or daily. Act as the main point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with team members and management.

What's on offer?

13-week temp to perm contract at £20/hour, paid weekly. Van and fuel card provided from day one. 22 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays, 7 days held for Christmas shut down period. Pension scheme.

Person specification:

Experience on the tools as a fire door fitter and fire stopping with knowledge of fire door regulations. Experience/knowledge of fire door surveying highly desirable. Accreditation/knowledge of third-party certification such as FIRAS and/or BM TRADA. SSSTS or SMSTS. Asbestos Awareness certification. IT competent as you will be required to use an iPad and/or laptop to perform compliance checks and reporting to Fire Department Contracts Manager and Lead Fire Surveyor of any issues found onsite. Good communication skills, polite, and approachable. Able to follow direction and use your initiative to make quick decisions on-site within the parameters of the Site Supervisor role. Hand tools and a minimum of drill/driver for small snags/customer care calls on occasion. Full, clean UK driving licence.
