Regular Out-of-Hours Shifts Included Are you an experienced Fire Damper Service and Maintenance Engineer with a passion for safety and technical excellence? We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team and provide top-tier service across the UK, maintaining fire dampers and associated systems to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular servicing, maintenance, and repair of fire dampers across various commercial properties. Perform testing and inspections to ensure all equipment complies with fire safety regulations and industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to fire dampers, ensuring minimal disruption to clients. Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding fire safety. Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including compliance documentation. Work within safety guidelines and adhere to health and safety procedures at all times. Participate in regular out-of-hours shift patterns, with additional pay at 1.5x the regular rate. Requirements: Proven experience in fire damper service, maintenance, or a related engineering field. Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards (e.g., BS 9999, BS 9991, and other relevant codes). Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, fault diagnosis, and repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible approach to working hours with a willingness to work out-of-hours shifts as required.
