Reddbrick have a fantastic opportunity for a Passive Fire Door specialist to join a Regional Business who requires a Passive Fire Door Specialist overseeing Fire Door Installation.
The Fire Door Surveyor/Installer candidate will provide consistent high-quality support and assistance to the Operations Team in Coventry and the Midlands.
Fire Door Surveyor/Installer Duties:
Assisting the Contracts Manager and Project Managers in the delivery of multiple projects across the North Liaising with clients, organising site operatives, overseeing project programmes, health and safety and quality control. This is a demanding role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills and an ability to work within a busy environment. A flexible approach is key, as well as being assertive and using initiative.
Experienced Site Managers, Joiners and Fire Door Specialists who are looking to progress their career into Site Management are also encouraged to apply.
Fire Door Surveyor/Installer Roles and Responsibilities: Managing both small works and projects up to £2m Manage trades and subcontractors Project team management Client liaison during live site Track and monitor client variations Ability to review and follow program construction works Able to review drawings of all disciplines Take responsibility for H&S on site - review and implement RAMS/Toolbox talks etc.
Fire Door Surveyor/Installer Requirements: Good organisation skills Good communication skills High level of IT ability (Word / Email / Excel / Microsoft Projects) BM Trada or industry equivalent qualifications CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness Certificates advantageous
