We are seeking to fill a full-time position for
Fire Risk Assessor Trainer & Assessor . This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality fire risk assessment training and supporting a variety of courses.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver training assignments in accordance with industry standards. Act as a tutor for designated groups, providing guidance and support throughout their learning journey. Assess and mark learners' assessment activities, offering constructive feedback. Liaise with clients to tailor training courses to their specific needs. Conduct training at various venues, including client sites across the UK and remotely.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the fire safety industry. Proven experience in conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments. Experience in delivering training sessions and engaging learners effectively. Level 4 diploma in fire risk assessment preferred; however, extensive experience may be considered.
Benefits: Competitive salary range of
40,000 - 45,000
depending on skills and experience. Car allowance of
3,600
per annum. Pension contributions matched on a 2:1 basis (up to 10%). 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Flexible working options, including remote marking weeks.
Additional Information: The role involves a mix of online and classroom training, with travel primarily to Moreton-in-Marsh and Marble Arch.
