A South-East based Local Authority is looking for a Fire Safety Specialist!
For this role, you'll be required to have experience in:
Working on High and Mid Rise Buildings.
Buildings Safety Act.
Carrying out building inspections and serving notices under the Housing Act 2004.
Working alongside fire brigade and building engineers.
This is a 12-month role, with a mixture of both home working and working in the borough to complete inspections.
