We are a friendly, family-oriented company based in Southampton, looking for skilled engineers to join our service team covering the south of the UK.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fire & Security Engineer to carry out planned maintenance, servicing, and occasional small works on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. A salary of £28,000-£34,000 (depending on experience) is offered, with potential earnings of £38,000+ including overtime.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. Work on fire alarm systems such as Advanced, Kentec, EMS, and EDA. Use our service management software and mobile app to complete tasks. Conduct occasional small installations and system upgrades. Perform fault finding on both conventional and addressable systems. Handle emergency lighting maintenance. Work with Pyronix, Texecom, Galaxy, Paxton, Hikvision, Dahua, and Wisenet. Requirements

Proven experience in servicing and maintaining the systems listed. Full UK driving license (mandatory) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Working Hours

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call duties approximately 1 in 6 weeks.
