To undertake Fire & Security Maintenance PPM's, working within the Security and Fire team whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure. Key Accountabilities:
Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and developing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients. Delivery of Fire Alarm Maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreement and within agreed timescales. Liaison with the Service Team at all times striving to ensure that all works are delivered on time. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures, or instructions as they apply and ensuring that all colleagues and sub-contractors follow safe systems of work on site. Ensuring company vehicle is kept clean, well maintained, and serviced as required. Comply with any other reasonable management instruction. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Experience and Qualification:
FIA qualification desired. Experience with PPM duties desirable. Experience with CCTV, IP, and Analogue systems. Qualification in Extinguishers would be advantageous. To apply, please send an up-to-date CV to
