I am currently representing a large size fire & electrical company who have been established for over 30 years. They provide a wide range of Electrical and fire services to their commercial and domestic clients around London & home counties.
Salary Package: £45,000 - £50,000 Bonus Company Van – Fuel Card 40 Hour Working Week 20 Days Holiday Training & Development Hybrid
Key Responsibilities: Carrying Out Surveys, Invoicing, Weekly Reports & Compliant Checks Developing Relationships With Existing Clients Client Meetings Scheduling Of Works Managing Multiple Contracts Build, Lead, Manage And Develop A Team Of Fire Engineers To Ensure Skills And Knowledge Available Support Our Fire Contracts Managing A Team Of Engineers
Skills And Behaviours: A Dynamic And Proactive Mind-Set With Strong Leadership Capabilities Excellent Communication Skills, Both Oral And Written Commercially Astute, Able To Anticipate Issues That May Affect Costs And Address Them Proactively Good Computer Skills Enthusiastic Strong Interpersonal Skills Professionalism, Commercial Astuteness And Integrity
Essential: Complete understanding on Fire Alarm Systems & Smoke Control Systems Experience with managing engineers Experience with managing contracts Understanding of BS5266 Understanding of BS5839
