Fire & Security New Business Development Manager - Ideally located within SW/SE and London Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design, supply and installation, through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, we maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers up and down the country. We are currently looking to appoint an experienced and accomplished New Business Development Manager from within the Fire & Security industry. Basic Salary

- £35-42,000 Subject to experience On Target Earnings

- Circa £70,000 Company Vehicle or Car Allowance

– Please see our generous remuneration packages below Marlowe Fire & Security’s New Business Development Manager’s Responsibilities: Professionally represent the company’s brand and successfully sell the Company’s fire & security products within an allocated geographical area, ensuring achievement of an agreed target. Identify & target potential clients in the fire and security industry, generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire & Security products. Attend appointments to sell the company’s products and services ensuring customer satisfaction of service delivery, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times. Collate appropriate information to present performance data and ensure all correct documentation utilised. Constant attainment of agreed targets based upon new business and additional revenue streams. Develop & implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Build & maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities. Build & deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams. For this specific opportunity, we are looking for candidates who: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development mainly around service contracts. Possess a strong network of contacts. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Are driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Are proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools Hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel as required If you are a results-orientated individual with a proven track record in sales and business development with a passion for fire and security we would love to hear from you.
