Salary: £30K - £40K Per Annum (Depending on experience)

Duties Will Include:

Servicing and maintaining fire alarm, security alarm, emergency lighting, and DDA compliant systems. Conducting fault diagnosis and responding promptly to fire and security alarm fault calls. Completing maintenance reports, site surveys, and van stock/condition reports. Being part of the on-call rota and working overtime/weekends as required. Providing outstanding customer service, including system demonstrations and training. Assisting other departments as needed and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures.

What we are looking for:

Technical Expertise:

Extensive knowledge of fire and security systems installations and maintenance. Proficiency with Kentec, Advanced, Morley, Texecom, Galaxy, Paxton, and Hikvision systems. FIA certifications (1, 2/3, 6) and commissioning experience are advantageous.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent verbal, written, and numerical communication. Proficiency with IT tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Professional, customer-focused, and well-presented. Organised, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver. Team player with the ability to work independently. Committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry regulations.
