Fire & Security Service Engineer - South West London based
Clymac is a leading provider of fully integrated Fire & Security Systems throughout the UK since 1992. We are currently looking for skilled Fire & Security Service Engineers to join our team based nationwide.
Basic Salary – Up to £34,000 dependant on experience

Clymac’s Service Engineers
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. You will be required to carry out routine inspections, testing, and repairs to ensure the systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Performing preventive maintenance and routine servicing of fire and security systems
Identifying and resolving system faults and malfunctions
Conducting system testing and issuing detailed service reports
Assisting with system upgrades and small modifications as required
Providing excellent customer service and technical support
Working independently and as part of a team when required

Relevant industry qualifications and certifications
Proven experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
Sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Full, clean UK driving license
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong client relationships
Willingness to travel and work on-call or overtime as required
