Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design, supply and installation, through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, we maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers up and down the country. We are currently looking to appoint a new Fire Systems Project Engineer specifically covering the North East region.
Basic Salary - up to £40,000 per annum
Overtime, Travel Time circa £10,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Ensure projects are on programme
Process cost sheets to purchasing department
Plan and control labour and materials required to deliver the project
Ensure all engineering paperwork is allocated to the engineers and following project completion ensure commissioning is completed correctly
Provide technical expertise as required on projects
Attend site meetings as required
Line management of engineers and subcontractors as assigned, including management of employee
Managing job profitability of assigned projects and reporting into the project manager
Controlling all aspects of health and safety on sites
Carry out installation and commissioning of systems and minor works when required
Ensure the maintenance of Marlowe quality and HSE standards
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the fire systems Industry
Experience of engineering projects across single and multiple site locations
Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills
Technical knowledge of Major systems and projects
