are working with a passive fire protection client based in the Yorkshire area who have an exciting opportunity for a
Contracts Manager
to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
The projects will consist of both fire doors and passive fire protection. Some of the projects they have recently completed include NHS hospitals, schools, student accommodations, offices, and social housing.
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 5 years' experience working on passive fire protection projects ideally across both fire doors and fire stopping. Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Contract Manager within any construction sector. A passion for fire safety and the importance it plays in protecting lives.
Role Responsibilities
Managing admin tasks including the completion of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and storage of safety documentation. Keeping updated with current health and safety and fire safety legislation and requirements. Overseeing and inspection of works to ensure a good finish and compliance with safety standards and manufacturers details. Planning workloads for labour and material deliveries. Meeting clients to carry out site inspections, prestart meetings and project handovers.
Package On Offer
Salary up to £50,000 per year dependant on experience. Company vehicle or car allowance.
