Avanti Recruitment have partnered with a worldwide consumer electronics company based in Swansea which is looking to add a firmware engineer to its team. You'll be working on multiple projects at various stages, taking new ideas from prototype stages all the way through the full development life-cycle to release, and will also be involved in new feature development for existing products.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience with bare-metal embedded software programming in C Experience working with serial/communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.)
Highly Advantageous:
Experience working on standards-driven development projects (automotive, medical, defence, etc.) Knowledge of / experience with MISRA-style coding techniques Experience with the full product design life-cycle Knowledge of / experience working with electronics (PCB design/layout, etc.)
On offer is a salary of up to £55,000 + benefits, and a hybrid working arrangement.
