We support dietitians to be First Contact Practitioners. Primary Care Dietitians is the leading provider of Dietitians to Primary Care Networks. Primary Care Dietitian - Northumberland (in-person, maternity cover)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic dietitian to work at Wansbeck PCN in Northumberland! The role is fully in-person, with hybrid working. Please note this role is a temporary cover for 9 months. The dietitian should have at least 3 years of clinical experience, with a range of expertise including diabetes, gastro, frailty, and weight management. We are only able to accept applicants with HCPC registration. About Primary Care Dietitians

Here, you will work for a high-quality, well-governed, and tech-enabled specialist provider who is 100% focused on delivering dietetic services for NHS PCNs and gives you a minimum of 4 hours of weekly protected time for your development (equivalent to 27 days per year!) in addition to fully funded MSc modules. We are searching for applicants who can commit to working full-time (37.5 hours per week). We welcome applicants from a variety of career backgrounds (NHS, freelance, private, Band 6, Band 7, and Band 8a) as long as you are a fully HCPC and BDA registered dietitian with a minimum of 3-4 years post-graduate experience. Experience in diabetes, nutrition support, and weight management are required and paediatrics experience is desirable.
