Do you want to work for the UK's only musculoskeletal organisation that has been independently certified as a Great Place to Work ?

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Join our award winning team of c 400 First Contact Physios, Podiatrists, and Advanced Practitioners. We have "in practice" roles available nationally.

Founded in August 2020, Primary Care Physio has scaled rapidly and is the fastest-growing clinical service provider in the UK. We have already been established as England's largest national specialist first contact musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy and podiatry provider who is purely focused on supporting NHS Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and their GP practices to deliver high-quality and tech-enabled NHS primary care MSK FCP solutions. Our services are recognised as best-in-class for our industry, recently winning the 'Best in Primary Care & Diagnostics' LaingBuisson 2023 award. Through our talented employed team of c 400 First Contact Practitioners & Advanced Practitioners, who are supported by experienced and Health Education England-trained FCP clinical supervisors, we have been commissioned by nearly 200 NHS Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to deliver an integrated and local FCP managed service. We now serve 1000+ GP practices and a patient population of over 9.5 million.

Here, you will work for a high-quality, well-governed, and tech-enabled specialist provider who is 100% focused on delivering FCP services for NHS PCNs and gives you a minimum of 4 hours of weekly protected time for your development (equivalent to 27 days per year!) in addition to fully funded MSc modules in the likes of injection therapy and non-medical independent prescribing. We are searching for applicants who can commit to working part time hours of 18.75 per week. There are also lots of opportunities for overtime on top of core working hours, owing to the high demand for our service.

We are only interviewing UK based candidates, who can start as soon as possible. We welcome UK applicants from a variety of career backgrounds (NHS, private, professional sport, Band 6, Band 7, and Band 8a) as long as you are a fully HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist with at least 5 years post-graduate experience, including 3 years of relevant MSK clinical experience in line with HEE's Roadmap to Practice. If you would like a more detailed job description, would like an informal conversation with us, or if you already think this sounds like your next job, please get in touch with Nicole Dudley at Primary Care Physio, or hit apply on this ad. *Please note, Sponsorship is not available*
