We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced First Fix Joiner to join our construction team. As a First Fix Joiner, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of construction projects, responsible for the installation of structural elements such as stud walls, floor joists, and roof trusses. Your expertise will ensure that the foundation of each project is solid and built to the highest standards of quality and precision. Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and materials required Measuring, cutting, and shaping timber and other materials to precise specifications Installing structural components including stud walls, floor joists, roof trusses, and door frames Ensuring that work is completed according to project deadlines and within budgetary constraints Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations on site Collaborating effectively with other tradespeople and construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution Requirements: Proven experience as a First Fix Joiner or similar role in the construction industry CSCS Card Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications Excellent carpentry skills with a keen eye for detail and precision Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation How to Apply:
