We’re recruiting for multiple
Warehouse First Line Managers
for our key customer in
Harlow . Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role, you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered. As we have several full-time, permanent roles, there is a mixture of various shift patterns available. Some examples of shifts are
Sunday – Thursday, Monday-Friday & Tuesday-Saturday shifts, both AM & PM shifts . (Your preference of shift can be discussed at interview.) Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to
£33,436
per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements. Maintain health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site. What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience in motivating and leading teams within a fast-moving logistics environment. Strong knowledge and practice of health and safety principles. Team Performance, site KPIs, and ability to maintain site standards. We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
