Warehouse First Line Managers

for our key customer in

Harlow . Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role, you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered. As we have several full-time, permanent roles, there is a mixture of various shift patterns available. Some examples of shifts are

Sunday – Thursday, Monday-Friday & Tuesday-Saturday shifts, both AM & PM shifts . (Your preference of shift can be discussed at interview) Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to

£33,436

per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day: Coordinate, lead, and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met, and ideally exceeded Plan, manage, and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements Maintain health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site.
