4 on, 4 off - 6am-6pm Location: Runcorn - WA7 3BN DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? Manage the performance of an allocated warehouse department Assist in actively managing the Client relationship in line with the site strategy Accountable for the Health & Safety practices on site, assisting in delivering the Health & Safety strategy Ensure the warehouse performance consistently meets the requirement of the client Brief the team before start of shift, discussing the previous shifts performance and allocating tasks to be carried out within the next 12hrs WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
