Time 4 Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Fit Out Foreman for 3 weeks work in Cribbs Causeway - Bristol, to join a dynamic construction company, who are a high reputable market leader in retail fit-out including pubs and restaurants throughout the UK.
This role is to start Thursday 20th February for 3 weeks work - on the refurbishment of a pub / restaurant at Cribs Causeway - Bristol.
As fit-out foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a construction team on a fit-out site. You will ensure that the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Planning and scheduling: Create schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor attendance. Managing resources: Ensure there are enough people and materials, and order new materials when needed. Managing quality: Review shop drawings and ensure work meets quality standards. Managing safety: Ensure all safety precautions are followed and that the site is safe for workers. Managing subcontractors: Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure they are working to the required standards. Managing progress: Track the progress of tasks and report on the site's activities. Managing issues: Resolve any problems that arise. Training and supervising: Train and supervise workers, and provide feedback. Managing meetings: Arrange and chair meetings as needed.
Certificates required for this role: SMSTS OR SSSTS CSCS Carpenter by Trade
