Apleona Workspace are specialists in workplace strategy, interior design, business relocation, design & build, commercial fit out and refurbishment. We operate throughout the UK, working for a diverse range of clients within the commercial office market. We deliver office moves and relocation services to our varied client base. We also design and deliver inspirational workspaces. We are looking for dynamic, organised, customer-focused people to join our growing team. As a Project Manager within Apleona Workspace, you will assist with coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout. Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements. Our Ideal candidate will preferably have: Experience of managing fit out projects. Working knowledge of Project Management systems and methodology and have the ability to implement these throughout the delivery process. Able to control/manage a project from engagement to completion both on site and financially. Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with the client at all levels. Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage numerous work streams over varying sizes. Excellent reporting skills both written and verbal. Proficient in all Microsoft packages, including MS Project. Able to work under pressure and deliver to both programme and budgetary restraints. Experienced at dealing with a range of internal/external stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Ability to travel within region with the occasional cross-regional work. Good working knowledge of CDM regulations. Valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We’ll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You may ideally already have project management experience gained in a similar role, within a fast-paced, client-led environment. You will work 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility required, with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start including a generous car allowance and 25 days holiday plus BH.
