Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically in hotel and hospitality fit-out projects Strong track record of delivering high-end refurbishment projects within tight timelines In-depth knowledge of fit-out processes and current building regulations including 2nd fix carpentry Excellent project management and scheduling capabilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trade teams Key Responsibilities:
Lead the complete refurbishment of 28 hotel rooms, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing venue operations Develop and manage detailed project schedules to meet the 14-week completion target Maintain strict health and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with regulations Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and trade teams Manage project documentation and progress reporting Serve as the main point of contact between the client, design team, and contractors Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout all phases of the refurbishment Ensure project delivery within agreed timeframes and budget What We Offer:
