Recruit, proactively develop a talent pipeline, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors. Foster a positive and motivating work environment. Member Engagement:

Interact with members to understand their fitness goals, provide guidance, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention. Facility Management:

Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the fitness areas and equipment. Ensure all safety and health regulations are met. Deliver an excellent member experience:

As a Fitness Manager at PureGym, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fitness operations. You will lead a team of fitness professionals, ensure high-quality service delivery, and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base. Outside of your Fitness Manager role, you can complete up to 10x personal training sessions per week.
