As a Fitter / Assembler, you will: Assemble sub-assemblies and complete machine assemblies using your skills and hand-held tools. Operate equipment safely and report any hazards to the Fitting Shop Team Leader. Ensure all sub-assemblies and machines meet our clients' high-quality standards. Inspect your own work and follow provided procedures to assist in the assembly process. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Communicate effectively with colleagues and assist others when needed. Fitter/Assembler Key Skills and Requirements: Experience: Proven assembly experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Technical Knowledge: Ideally, familiar with hydraulic and electrical systems. Mechanical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings. Physical Ability: Capable of working in various positions, including kneeling, lying down, and overhead. Comfortable climbing ladders or platforms. Tool Operation: Proficient with hand-held tools, including air-operated wrenches. Training in overhead crane use is a plus. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing working hours. Fitter/Assembler Working Hours: Day Shift: Monday Thursday: 08.00 - 17.00 Friday: 08.00 - 12.00 Rotating Weekly Shifts: Early Shift: Monday Thursday: 06.00 - 14.30, Friday: 06.00 - 12.00 Late Shift: Monday Thursday: 14.30 - 23.00, Friday: 12.00 - 18.00 Ready to take the next step in your career?
