Fixed Income Portfolio Manager
to help build out a new independent trading pod. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing platform that offers

over strategies and products, as well as access to

quant-driven resources . They will consider independent hires or onboarding an existing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Execute Systematic Strategies : Lead the design, execution, and ongoing refinement of systematic fixed income strategies. Full Ownership : You will have complete autonomy over your strategies, trading approaches, and products. Build a New Team : Take on the challenge of building and leading a new independent pod. Risk & Return Management : Focus on achieving a strong return on capital with a realized Sharpe ratio between 1.5-2.0+. Collaboration : Leverage cutting-edge quant tools, collaborate with the core tech team, and contribute to the broader growth and success of the hedge fund business. Key Qualifications: Proven Track Record : At least 5 years of experience in fixed income trading with a demonstrable track record, including strong returns on capital and a realized Sharpe ratio of 1.5-2.0. Systematic Strategy Expertise : Expertise in building and managing systematic strategies, including quantitative models, data-driven approaches, and automated trading techniques. Entrepreneurial Mindset : Ability to take full ownership of a trading pod, with a focus on innovation and risk management. Market Insight : In-depth knowledge of global fixed income markets and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Why Join?
