This post is offered as a 12-month fixed term position. The appointee will be part of a team of 9 neurosurgical consultants and four spinal consultants delivering regional adult spinal neurosurgical services. Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced clinician with appropriate expertise to work independently and participate on a general cranial on-call rota. This is a full-time clinical post. Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The successful candidate will join a team of 13 consultants including 4 dedicated spinal surgeons to deliver regional adult neurosurgical and spinal services. This post will offer equivalent standing and responsibilities to other consultant colleagues. Person specification
Experience
Demonstrated experience of autonomous practice in complex spinal surgery appropriate to consultant level. Important information for applicants
