Paragon Resource Solutions are currently working with a large social housing contractor who are recruiting for a full-time Flat Roofer with single ply experience on their Repairs and Response maintenance programme covering the Norfolk / Suffolk area.
Full-time salaried or sub-contract position.
£34,000 - £40,000 per annum
Company vehicle provided.
Full driving license required.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of single ply roofing systems.
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
Conduct thorough inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify any necessary repairs or replacements.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in flat roofing, specifically with single ply systems.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Valid driving license and ability to travel to various job sites.
