Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm As a fleet administrator, you will have experience of working in an administrative support role in a busy operational environment with excellent communication via phone and email. You will be supporting the Head of Fleet Operations in all fleet administration duties. Benefits: Immediate start. Weekly pay. Great working environment. No weekends or evenings. Roles and Responsibilities: To maintain all vehicle, workshop and operational records to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice. Maintaining all aspects of the Fleet Management (Computer) System. Co-ordinating the Fleet services to ensure an efficient work plan, proficient stores ordering and issuing of stock when required. Provide an excellent customer experience, whilst organising and delivering vehicle maintenance services for internal and external clients. Be responsible for the raising/amending of work orders, preparation and inputting of data & interrogating the fleet management and other computer systems as necessary. Producing relevant and accurate management, monitoring information, reports and statistics as requested. Skills and Attributes: Full, valid, Class B UK Driving Licence Ability to learn and apply new skills in a challenging environment. Excellent organisational skills with a good eye for detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of legislation and best practice in vehicle fleet management. Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle parts terminology.
