The team is based in Uxbridge and operates under a hybrid working model, balancing office interaction with the convenience of working from home. Currently managing a fleet of approximately 1,000 vehicles, we are poised to double this number over the next 6-9 months, making this an exciting time to join.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Fleet Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

Fleet Management: Ensuring vehicles undergo maintenance checks promptly and cost-effectively, working closely with depots, lease companies, and repair garages. Delivery and Defleet Coordination: Organising the delivery and end-of-contract return of hire vehicles, including negotiating end-of-contract charges. Payment Processing: Managing payments through Worldpay, arranging payment plans, or initiating formal debt recovery if needed. Damage Analysis: Reviewing vehicle damage cases to decide on cost waivers or chargebacks and reducing ageing debt through regular analysis.

Essential Skills:

Strong negotiation and organisational skills. Self-motivation and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and report analysis.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with debt recovery. Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle maintenance. Background in the credit hire or car hire industry.

You will have solid administrative experience and a proven track record in managing vehicle fleets. Confident negotiators who can handle discussions with lease companies or repair garages are especially welcome.
