We are looking for an individual to join our Fleet Business Unit department, where you will provide full support to our Centre Network, Fleet Field Sales team, and Fleet Customers, through the provision of excellent service.

We would like to attract individuals who have dealership, fleet, leasing, and/or motor finance experience; however, we are also open to other industries.

The Role: Act as key contact to support the activities of the Fleet Field Managers, Business Centres, and approved brokers in liaison with all functions relating to Fleet proposals and activations. Support a culture focused on customer satisfaction, delivered through effective systems & processes, providing first-class customer service to our fleet customers. Build relationships and develop effective communication with contacts from within the Company, the manufacturer, the Centre Network, Brokers, Inchcape Fleet Solutions, and Fleet Customers. Maintain accuracy of work and an ability to grasp occasionally complex issues. Responsibilities: Proposals:

Management & preparation of appropriate documentation for Credit Lines including presentation for underwriting and review of outstanding liabilities. Maintain details of customers' credit limits, terms, and utilisations. Provide and send relevant finance documentation direct to fleet customers. Provide internal backup for Fleet Development Managers. Manage all Undisclosed Agency (UDA) incoming credit line requests ensuring response is within agreed timescale. Provision of bespoke finance quotations. Load and prepare proposals into NGage. Prepare Car Benefit Solutions proposals. Payout:

Manage all incoming pay-out requests ensuring data checks and sign off fall within agreed timescale. Activate contracts in both NGage and CMS. Effectively manage the pay-out processes associated with: all direct invoicing agreements, contract hire, multi-asset agreements, variable rate agreements, customer loan cars, car benefit solutions. Customer Service:

Ensure that Fleet customers' questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly. Provide account statements to fleet customers. Provide account servicing, such as name & contact detail amendments. Manage payment, including due date, refunds & direct debit changes. Manage agreement enquiries, such as mileage or term remaining. Administer settlement & early termination enquiries, helping to identify retention opportunities. Manage end of agreement processes. Work with Inchcape Fleet Solutions to resolve Contract Hire customer queries and enquiries. Key Skills & Experience:

PC literate - Excel and MS Word are essential (intermediate or above). Experience in an administration or operational position within a busy processing environment. Confident communicator at all levels. Benefits:
