Responsibilities Planning, scheduling and giving maximum priority to Depot Maintenance activities. Timing them as first goal. Reporting Depot maintenance activities status and follow up. Keep always Production teams informed about scheduled time slots. Interface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams and all kind of external company teams. Supervision/coordination of maintenance activities on all trains in workshop according to fixed time slots during planning meetings. Keep always a general and updated overview about crucial spare parts availability. Being informed about workshop infrastructure status, especially about needed special tool to carry maintenance activity out. Check production team workload under control, in order to ensure the best saturation as possible. Managing any problems with extraordinary planning meetings (if required). Verification of compliance with time slots planned for all ordinary maintenance train cycle (hand over in, servicing, maintenance, internal cleaning, pre-service check and hand over out). Verification of compliance with scheduled departure and arrival time in Nola Depot. Check and reporting of all delay reasons. Translating production and commercial service issue within working orders. Ensuring that all updated planning informations are spread out within workshop in real time mode. Attendance at the daily planning meetings (8:30 mandatory and 16:30 when required). Playing on the whiteboards in the workshop of the maintenance slots scheduled during the planning meetings. Bringing into default planning items special request coming from all project team and scheduling them using SAP system. Reporting all cumulated delays and root cause of them. Analyzing delaying issues in order to better perform in similar future circumstances. Interfacing with Supply Chain team (using meetings and SAP system) to check needed spare parts to be available. Using Indus evaluation KPI to check and optimize Prod workload on shift, according to planning scheduled. Attendance to any extraordinary planning meeting to face contingency. Reporting all special activities status within dedicated figures, graphs and gants. Creating and releasing of notification and service orders related to corrective activities and preventive ones, if required. Updating of all information equipment (monitor, etc…) necessary for the communication inside de Depot (trains layout, etc..). Minimum Requirements Engineering degree or professional level qualifications in technical areas. Experience in process supervision/management. Work experience in a process/production environment. Railways and train system instruction/knowledge is preferred. Maintenance process knowledge is required. Good IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules). Microsoft Office is required. Ability to make decisions, sense of urgency: sets priorities and reacts immediately when confronted with a problem. Communicating with transparency: delivers clear messages, listens to others, ensures the right approach depending on different stakeholders such as customers, team members, colleagues, superiors and suppliers.
