Fleet Maintenance Controller
to join a fast-paced, busy office environment and take the reins of a thriving fleet. What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of services, MOTs, and vehicle hires, with responsibilities including: Keeping track of maintenance compliance, inspection reports, and administration Managing records and creating detailed fleet files Scheduling maintenance work and liaising with contractors to ensure smooth operations Handling servicing, MOT bookings, and roadside breakdown coordination Building relationships with customers and suppliers both face-to-face and over the phone Answering queries via email and phone What We’re Looking For: A proactive individual with mechanical knowledge and a passion for keeping things on track Excellent organizational and communication skills Confidence in dealing with suppliers, workshops, and contractors If you’re ready to take the wheel and drive our client’s fleet operations to success, apply now and start your next adventure as a Fleet Maintenance Controller!
