Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting the Fleet Manager. This position requires proficiency in office software and strong communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for suppliers and colleagues. Duties Manage daily various fleet office operations, including vehicle service scheduling and MOTs. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date. Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette whilst addressing inquiries. Assist in the production of monthly reports. Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. Deputise for the Group Fleet Manager during any absence. Skills Proficiency in computerised office systems, particularly Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with fleet office procedures and practices is advantageous, but not essential.
