FLEET SALES ADMINISTRATOR

to operate from their Exeter head office. Working hours are Monday to Friday. You will take responsibility for supporting a busy fleet sales team in the controlling process, liaising with fleet operators, administration and co-ordination of the department. Key activities will extend to: Working in unison with the Fleet Manager and sales departments – processing customer orders and completing all related administration. Progressing vehicle orders, registering / taxing vehicles, handling various aspects of the purchase / finance contracts and monitoring orders to ensure they meet customer deadlines. Remaining accurate and professional at peak times of activity and always possessing a positive “can-do” attitude. Being willing to multitask as a supportive member of the fleet team. Running communications between fleet customers and dealership(s) departments, ensuring vehicles are ordered to correct specification requirements. Suitable Candidates Previous experience and a good understanding of new car vehicle sales process is

essential

– gained in sales or sales administration. A knowledge of Dealer Management Systems, especially Kerridge / CDK. Excellent communications – via all mediums (including face-to-face) with both colleagues and customers. Diverse and well-developed administrative skills. An ability to produce work of a high standard, with close attention to detail, completed accurately and on time. An ability to switch between working alone, or as a supportive team member and being willing to flexibly multitask. On offer is a competitive basic salary, with some flexibility to reflect your previous experience.
