We are seeking motivated and experienced a Van Fleet Salesperson to join our dynamic, growing sales team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with businesses and organisations to provide tailored fleet solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent customer relationship skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market. Business Development:

Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities with businesses and organisations. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients. Promote products and services at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings. Customer Relationship Management:

Develop long-term relationships with key clients, prioritising customer satisfaction. Undertake needs assessments and provide tailored commercial vehicle solutions. Act as the main point of contact for fleet customers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular key account reviews in collaboration with Brand partners. Achieve and exceed sales targets for ICE and EV fleet vehicles and associated services. Prepare and present competitive fleet sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients. Market and Product Knowledge:

Pro-actively research industry trends, competitor activity, and new van products. Provide clients with expert advice on vehicle specifications, fuel efficiency, and financial benefits (whole life costs), considering our unique value-added solutions. Understand and communicate financing and leasing options to clients. Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system. Review all activity with Manager each week. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Admin, Aftersales & Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery. Work with Support colleagues to manage vehicle order processes, delivery schedules, and post-sale follow-ups. Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all FCA rules, regulations and Consumer Duty obligations by checking & approving all proposals are issued transparently & in the best interests of the customer. Ensure that we act, at all times, in line with our Manufacturer Partners’ compliance policies. Profile: The successful candidate will have: Full UK driving licence Proven experience in fleet/key account sales, preferably within the automotive sector. Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle market and fleet management solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment. Comprehensive knowledge of retail standards, best practice and compliance. Confidence in using Autotrader, CRM & other systems to help consistently deliver effective results. Effective communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder. Our Company Benefits:
