As a Fleet Service Engineer, you will be the face of the company on site predominantly with our ROI customers but will be included in NI projects and others where required. Working closely with our Operations team, you will play a vital role in completing service work and bringing vehicles into working order. You will be expected to complete installations of new camera and tracking systems and be on site to help roll out project work, as well as perform diagnostics to confirm all work has been completed to standard. This hands-on role offers an opportunity to learn and develop a variety of skills within a fast-moving technology company. Installation of camera and tracking systems Provide feedback to the business on any customer issues or concerns related to our products and services. Meet and report on productivity and performance KPIs in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate closely with colleagues from cross-functional teams to leverage skills and maximize success. Always maintain a professional and positive image of the business. YOU’LL NEED THIS
Experience working in auto electrics or mechanics HGV experience Vehicle CCTV/Telematics experience would be an advantage Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Customer-focused with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional customer experience. COMPANY BENEFITS
