The South Adams County Water & Sanitation District (SACWSD), dedicated to providing reliable, affordable and sustainable water resources and services to its customers in order to protect public health, the environment, and quality of life, is seeking a Fleet / Facilities Supervisor.
This position:
Manages and directs the fleet maintenance team, overseeing preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, diagnosis and repair operations on District vehicles and equipment.
Manages and directs the facilities team, overseeing corrective and preventative facilities maintenance.
Coordinates with a variety of contractors, consultants, engineers, architects and public partners on projects.
Manages vendor contracts and relationships.
Provides leadership and guidance to the team.
Requirements for the position:
High School Diploma OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialized automotive/equipment repair training helpful.
Minimum 8 years of related experience as a mechanic, fleet personnel, facilities maintenance or related.
Supervisory/leadership experience.
Proficient computer skills including experience with MS Office 365, specialized fleet and/or facilities software.
Valid, current Colorado Driver’s License required, CDL helpful.
Solid organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and shifting priorities.

Salary Hiring Range: $88,000 - 110,000/annualized.
