Flexi Nursery Practitioner focuses on deliver a range of age-appropriate activities focusing on each individual child’s interests.
What the role involves
- Deliver a range of age-appropriate activities focusing on each individual child’s interests.
- To ensure that a safe, stimulating environment is maintained for children while overseeing the implementation of activities.
- To work alongside the staff team to ensure that the Nursery’s ethos is being fulfilled.
- To work with all staff in promoting good staff practices across the Nursery and always ensure the safety of the children and their environment.
- To liaise with and fully support your room leader.
- To ensure that all child development records are updated, where applicable.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- Up to £13.25.per hour depending on skills and experience.
- 5% employer pension.
- Experience in planning inspiring activities for children aged 0-5 to explore and enjoy.
- Have a completed Early Years Level qualification (Level 2 or above) (not essential).
